Hammersmith & Fulham wheelchair service is commissioned by Hammersmith & Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group and provided by AJM Healthcare.

AJM Healthcare is a long established provider of a wide range of mobility and community equipment solutions. Since 1981 we have provided independent advice and high quality services to a wide range of individuals and public bodies.

Currently, we provide wheelchair, mobility, procurement, equipment and other services to the NHS and Local Authority partners across Kent, Sussex and Surrey, and North West London. In addition, we have three retail outlets offering a full range of community equipment, mobility and independence solution direct to individual customers.
